Results of Survey

• 65% of participants were male
  35% were female

• On average, students spent 28 hours per week on the Internet

• On average, students spend 6 hours per week on the Internet for educational purposes

• The average student has 3 classes that utilize the Internet in some manner for educational purposes   (i.e., Blackboard or other class website)

For the question, "I feel that a degree earned from online courses as compared to the traditional college degree is":

• 83% did not know anyone who was receiving their degree online, while 16.2% did
   

"I could survive the educational demands of today's college experience without access to a computer"
 
 

"I could survive the education demands of today's college experience without access to the Internet"

"Most of tomorrow's jobs will require some aspect of computer skills."
